"Ketone" in Amphetamines (speed)

What is meant by, i quote: "pure ketone, uncut speed"

Ketone means a double bonded oxygen atom, in this context it almost certainly refers to a beta ketone. These include mephedrone and methylone. The beta ketone version of amphetamine is cathinone, though that is unlikely to be encountered. Beyond that it just sounds like a marketing ploy.
