I call it shoving a orange flavored pill up yur ass, I think you people could actually get more bioavailability out of sublingual/75% ethanol mix but an hour before you do that swallow 400 mg of cimetidine with a couple glasses of grapefruit juice.I mean do what you guys want, I dont mean to offend ethier.
Lol but I would think that if I shoved 24-36 mgs of Suboxone up my ass everyday...without knowing the consequences or side effects but if you do know the long term and short term side effects I would be intrigued to hear them if their is any. I could see possible rectal tearing with some major constipation. constipation is a bitch for me sublingual i cant imagine rectally. If you are doing this tho, please make sure you know you arent damaging your internal organs. JUST BECAUSE WE ARE DRUG USERS DOES NOT MAKE US JUNKIES!!

THis is one of the more stupid things ive read on this forum why the fuck do u have the right to sit up on ur high hill to talk shit about how people handle there shit. Im not saying i do the whole assing the subs but i certainly dont talk shit about those funny few who do. ur clearly a fucking addict and people resort to really sad shit when there addicted u are taking all sorts of shit to cop a high of ur subs buying fucking fish fugi and u have the nerve to talk shit about anyone on this forum I think u should suck a big dick if u cant relize ur in the same boat as most the people on this forum i didnt even see anyone talk about shoveing the pills up there ass on this thread.. anyway as i am a junkie like urself lets hear how the cemitidine treated you cuz ive been trying to figure out how to cop a better high of my subutexs.. and by the way my undercover brotha you should b taking small doses to get high off subs or any typea bupe . its all about taking a small amount so the nor bupe can get into the opiate reseptors so you gotta take a small enough dose around 2-3 mg per day sublingual or IV but this is due to nor bupe being a full agonist and bupe being a partail agonist. So ya stop being a cock bag but lemme know how that try with the cemitidine went.:p

AMEN.....low dose suboxone provides the most euphoria BY FAR...

none of this 24 mg bullshit. these people need to do a bit mor research on suboxone before they start talking about ways to get a better "high" off of it. If your taking over 4 mg's a day, then you should keep your mouth shut about potentiation.

Thank you for posting that. He really deserved it. I was thinking the exact same thing (trying) to read his rant of a post. I know this is mad late I haven't been on here in the past 2 years since I've been off opiates, and I wouldn't even talk shit like that.

you are going to eventually realize cemetidine only increases the "duration" and you will have to keep upping the dosage just for that one reason.
Buprenorphine is best utilized in it's original 0.2 - 0.4 dosages. Buprenex works well for most people w/ moderate pain

my absolute FAVORITE pharm to potentiate opiates with is promethazine. such a fucking glorious mix! 25-50mg promethazine + 40-60mg (or more) of oxy is the bees knees. luckily i have a "refill as needed" scrip to promthazine :D
 
By this logic barbiturates should also work, say 20-40mg phenobabital (not a large dose) should make the enzyme changes neccessary such that it would potente suboxone or no?
 
Yes phenobarb should work for that..

But study norbupe. ....the wiki entry is wrong. Study after study shows it does not cross the BBB.. it has an efflux ratio of 9, very high... loperamide for comparison is 11. 0 is no efflux/transport...

And even when it gets through it will compete with bupe. Bupe is shown to be "neuroprotective against the effects of norbupe".

Fun norbupe facts. :

After a dose, after a few hours there is 5 times as much norbupe than bupe...and 3 times more norbupe gluconoride...

I enjoyed it most at 16 mg IV without the naloxone and with a good antihistamine (very bad on the veins even in amps think blow them in on shot)

seriously alimemazine for instance makes that stuff nicer than heroin. I can only dream about the stuff in t's and blues (the anti-histamine)
