Ketamine strength may be vary?

Does ketamine strength may be different depending on the brand? I always buy sealed ampoules so I know they're pure, but since I changed brands I noticed that this new one is weaker. My friends also noticed the same thing. I wondering if this may be true.

The purity can vary which will result in a stronger/weaker product.

Depending on the percentage of each isomer (s and r) the subjective effects would also stray from your normal supplier.

So is it possible that the effects are significantly stronger depending on the percentage of each isomer? I mean, a substantial difference (something like 30% or more).
