Background:
I'm a fairly experienced with the drug ketamine, been using this drug for about six months, usually snorted almost every weekend when I hit up a rave. I usually do 25mg bumps through the night, etc... I've been in three K-holes, and it take about 100mgs snorted to land me into a K-hole. I don't have a big K tolerance, because my use has mostly been weekly. I've thought about IM, but since everyone I was at was doing IV opiate I might as well use the same MOA.
Dose: 100mgs
I was at a house party where everyone was using IV opiates, I am not very good with needles, so I asked one of the opiate users to shoot me up. 100mgs of K was cooked up in a spoon, and loaded into a 1cc syringe there was 0.5cc of saline solution. He stuck the syringe in, it registers, and bam pulled the plunger, and took the needle out. He said " ready?" I was laying down on a comfortable couch at that time so the location was situated.
T+0-20 minutes-
I placed a alcohol swab over the site, and instantly I was utterly overwhelmed by the most intense cosmic buzzing/ rushing sensation ever felt though out my whole body. My while field of vision tuned white, then I saw intense multi- colored colorburst within the white field of vision.
Instantly I felt like I was no longer there, a complete out of body experience, it was a total loss of self, total ego loss, I became nothing, then suddenly there was a hole that sucked me under going at the speed of light of sheer intensity. As soon as that started I was hit with field of reality of what I called "lego land." It was like getting hit by a train going at the speed of light.
This field of reality is extremely linear 2D world. everything seemed to be made out of legos, and felt like a tetris game. It was really reminescent of the game super mario, everything was just so utterly weird it's so hard to explain like it was pure insanity. I felt like I was traveling though this lego space, then getting contorted into smaller and smaller legos until I reached the end of the tube and there was nothingness. This "lego land" state seem to have blasted off away at the speed of light and its gone forever like a million light years away. This while span of time felt like a million years. Then everything turned black.
T+20-35mins- I opened my eyes, and there I was. I asked everyone where the hell am I and how the hell did I get there? I was extremely bewildered and confused, and had no idea what was going on, where I was at, and how I got there. The effect of the K was still very strong and I was floored.
T+35-70 mins, I got up walked around and the effect was like being normally K'd out at a rave. I was able to move around, and still puzzled about what happened.
After 70 minutes I felt close to being completely sober, and for the rest of the night, I stood at the table thinking " OMG I survived the trip" instead of saying " That was fun" I stood around thinking about how profoundly intense that experience was, it was the most intense feeling I've ever felt, its 1000x intense than being sunk into a K hole or anything other intense drug experience ever. For the whole night I just kept thinking OMG I survived, I'm so glad to be alive and survived. And I was bewildered, confused, and shocked, just trying to think about what happened.
Everyone else took their doses of IV opiates and had a fun night, I had the most intense 20 minutes of the night in my life.
Don't IV K, the experience is too intense and utterly overwhelming, just snort or do the IM.
