Ketamine expiration

I am trying to figure out how long ketamine in a compounded spray solution takes to break down if kept in a relatively cool dark place. It is prescription nasal spray solution, not powdered, not vacuum sealed like iv ketamine but it is still relatively sterile stored in the original container in a dark cabinet. I am trying to figure out the rate at which it would lose potency, how quickly it would break down not just an expiration date as I am trying to dose an older bottle somewhat accurately for pain management.

There isn't anything that really screams to be readily hydrolyzable in ketamine, so I don't think it will be completely degraded, but I am not quite sure exactly the shelf life and what would go first.

Basic advice would be to try a dose and then gauge from there.

By the way, opening multiple duplicate threads clutters up the forum, and I suspect that you may get better answers here than in BDD, so I will close that one and see who chimes in here.
