Ketamine Bioavailability

Just wondering the best way to take these pills. Im copping some rolls with ketamine inside and i was wondering the best way to consume them. I havnt plugged any pill and i dont really want to start. So would it be worth it to snort them or just pop them normally?

We can't really verify how much K is in these rolls or even if it is even there...so really I wouldn't want to say anything but just eat it.

If you are truly interested in doing K, you should try K by itself. Whenever I combine MDMA and K at the same time, I get a hangover from it which I don't get from either drug alone.

It might be worth it to snort it, but the odds are it won't be, unless you can find out what exact mg of what are in the pill, and how much each pill weighs.

Plus, this would go a lot better in ED or PD...but I can't decide which. It's asking more about K, which is a PD topic.

Ketamine's bioavailability following an intramuscular dose is 93%, intranasal dose 25-50%, IV dose 96% and oral dose 20±7%. Ketamine is rapidly distributed into brain and other highly perfused tissues, and is 12% bound in plasma. The plasma half-life is 2.3 ± 0.5 hours.

Lets say you theoretically had some rolls with a good dose of K in each though. I believe the best way to take them, if you are after the highest availabity would be to plug them. I say this because I believe that Ketamine bioavailability is quite low when ingested orally.

You could technically snort them as well, but this would result in a weaker ketamine high. Thats what it sounds like your after anyway.

ummmm iv bioavailability of anything is always 100%. that's sort of the definition of bioavailability lol.

Im willing to try IV ketamine, but i'm not sure about the correct dose. I usually do 1ml IM which is medium strength for me.

Anyone familiarized with both IV and IM can suggest a safe dosage to start with?
