Ketalar Question

so today i walked into the central pharmacy in Siem Reap, Cambodia, and, purchased a 10 ml vial of Ketalar (50 mg/ml Ketamine Hydrochloride in solution for IM/IV administration).
Pleaqse kindly advise as to how to prepare this solution for oral / insufflation administration, and what an average 1-time dose is. any info appreciated.

dump it on a plate and let it dry (this will take like an hour or two).. then you just sniff it :D
