Ket: How long between each use?

Hi everyone,

K is fast becoming my doc but I am concerned at some of the health issues that come with regular use. Currently I use it once, maybe twice, a week at weekends and I was wondering whether this is a sensible/safe amount of time to leave between each time I use K? I am aware there are risks surrounding the health of the bladder etc. Thanks in advance.

You should be fine. I would try not to do it more than once a week, even though I'm speaking out of hypocrisy because when I have ket ill rail it all day everyday until it's gone.
The psychedelic effects become noticeably less pronounced with any tolerance as well.

Generally the bladder issues arise after extended periods of heavy use (~ 1g per day for a month or more) but it doesn't hurt to err on the side of caution

You should be alright for a while, but I'd recommend taking breaks for the sake of tolerance if nothing else. Once it builds K tolerance can be a real pain in the ass.

You'll feel it in your kidneys before any real damage happens IME

the stress it puts on your kidneys isn't so bad until the metabolites build up a lot then it damages your urinary tract
That's a sure sign to take it easy, also if your afterglows are less pronounced I find its almost not even worth doing

Cheers for the replies everyone, I think I will try to keep it to twice a month then if only to stave off building a tolerance. I really do love the stuff
