Keep getting signed off

For some reason I keep getting signed off, and I know it's not my internet. This happened before when I joined another site but I forgot how it got taken care of. Help!

When you sign in, there is a box that says "remember me". Sometimes ticking that box is the easiest way to take care of this problem.

Doing that's always worked for me. The board seems to time-out logins that aren't stored in a cookie after a period of time.

I seem to remember its a 15 min timeout, although that can be changed.

Hey Chris I think its 15 minutes also. I hope so cause that's what I've been telling people. I also am fairly sure when people who are visible have their names at the bottom of a forum it means that there most recent click was in or into that forum and that click was within the last fifteen minutes.

Seemed shorter than 15 minutes but it might not have been. Anyways, staying logged in seems to have fixed it.

If the timeout is the same time frame as "your last visit" time update, it's ten minutes.

same thing happened to me. Hitting the 'remember me' button worked just fine
