The tinc. is OK. If you can get the root, powder about a cup full, boil it for about 10 min with a little olive oil or coconut milk, and strain. The stuff numbs your toung. Two or three coconut shells full works great. Mellow, wiht good root you even get some visual distortion. VERY relaxing , with out being to cloudy.
Don't smoke it, it doesn't work that way.
