Hello:)

Is name of Kava Kava scientific or common?

I ask becouse in my country name of Kava Kava is incorrectly classified
 
Piper methysticum is the scientific name...

The common name also varies from island to island, place to place - it's indigenous to the islands of the Pacific. For example, in Fiji the common name is yaqona (pronounced young-ko-na as far as I know from the Fijians I've drank it with). And if someone comes along with a better scientific name for it, based on new genetic information or something, that might change too. But for now the official scientific name is P. methysticum, and the common term for the psychotropic root in the western parts of the world is Kava Kava, generally speaking.

^ Yes, there are often errors on Wikipedia, but the "external links" and "literature" parts of the wikipedia article should provide you with the "proof" you are looking for. Plus, wiki articles are often relatively accurate when you're looking for something like a scientific name...they tend to get less accurate if you're looking up a public figure or a political situation.
 
"Kava" is the common name for the plant. the binomial name is Piper methysticum. Compare marijuana vs. Cannabis sativa.
