Kadian question, please help!

I did some research and searched for info here on bluelight, but came up with nothing.

My question is how long does a single 100 mg Kadian sustained release capsule take to kick in?

Would greatly appreciate some info, especially from anyone who is on Kadian or has experience with it.

Morphine you mean? You'll start to feel it in under an hour, but it won't reach full affect for 2, maybe 3. But then it will stay at that level for quite awhile. of course it will not feel like 100 mgs, more like 50 for twice as long, assuming you don't defeat the time release somehow.

It does not actualy kick in or have a high feeling it maintains a steadu stgream of Morophine in your system if it is not working as well titrate up and maybe go onto MSIR for break through remember the pain will never go away and you will never be the same its alot of accesptance also be strong and good luck

I think it releases like 16.7mg per hour for 6 hours if you just straight pop them.

Best option (what i do, with the exact same Kadian pills) is crush up the beeds, dissolve them in water, and swollow them. Very nice.
