I overdid it on the JWH the other night and had pretty bad tachycardia. At one point I felt like I had got shot in the chest, I bolted upright and checked to make sure my heart was still beating, it was and I went to sleep and called it a nig

Now its been two full days and I still have feelings of fluttering in my chest when I am sitting still for extended periods of time. I read one other guy saying it went away in about a week but this shit is really concerning me. Any experiences or advice would be nice.

Also I was wondering if I should exercise or not?

If you are still having heart palpitations two days after ceasing use of your JWH, I would suggest going to the doctor. I'm not trying to scare you, and there is a good chance you are fine, but it would be best to get it checked out. The JWH's can be very potent, and personally I have overdid it one time as well and it gave me a wicked bad panic attack. A low dose of a benzo (klonopin for me) really helps you calm down, and relax.

Unfortunately none of us are doctors here, so we can only speculate what could be the problem. Hopefully it isn't anything to worry about, and you just need a few days to recover after your little ordeal.

In regards to exercising, I would try and take it easy for a couple days, until you get better.. Your 'od' on JWH surely put a strain on your heart, and it is still struggling a bit, needing some time to recover. If you exercise it will just put more strain on your heart at the moment and could make your situation worse. I would hold off.
