is it normal for jwh 17 or 18 causing very rapid heartbeat following inhaling followed by the normal stoned feeling?

If I enhale a lot at once i've had it feel like I was dissociated into a DMT trip with visuals and everything only lasted 20-40secs though(and my heart was beating very fast)

elevated heart rate & bp are pretty common with synthetic cannabinoids, especially during the onset. Even cannabis can cause this to some degree, but it seems more common with cannabinoids.
