JWH-015 and JWH-018 legal status

Several JWH compounds are included in a PA bill to ban those and other 'legal' cannabinoids. Maybe this has something to do that? I'm pretty sure it hasn't been passed yet.

That's kind of strange that the post office tagged it. Perhaps the vendor was sloppy with the postage.
 
My friend has done this and it has come discreet many times. no signature upon delivery, comes in with regular mail when he ordered this time, there was a deal on the site where if you buy one gram you get another for a penny.
that could have something to do with it? idk hard to say
should he pick it up from the post office??

Why not? If questioned, remember that it's completely legal in the USA until you say "I smoke this to get high like weed." Have some bullshit use in mind, like plant food or something.
 
to me that just sounds like it was to be delivered (maybe signed for) and no one was around so they just leave a note saying hey we were here and you weren't so come pick up the package/letter/whatever yourself.

should be no problems going to pick it up as long as you have proper identification. If he ordered it in your name then I'm not sure if he can go to the post office to pick it up, it might need to be you.

like others mentioned, just don't blatantly say yeah its a chemical i ordered to get high.

It was shipped so you had to sign for it and you weren't home to sign for it. Go to the post office and get your fucking jwh and quit being paranoid over ordering a perfectly legal product.

Legal status is subjective to states now, my friend. There are about seven states going through the legal parameters of getting acts passed to cover JWH-XXX possession and use as illegal.

The OP is being paranoid though. Unless it was seized by customs and you received a letter from the DEA, you're being overly paranoid.
 
I contacted the supplier and they said that no signature is required upon delivery. maybe they are mistaken tho, as they dont handle the shipping.
but like I said, it has always come in a flat regular envelope with the rest of the regular mail
I dont know what to think!

Yes, I live in one of those 7 states. However my understanding was the OP did not. Love letters come from customs, not the DEA, BTW.
