JWH-015 and JWH-018 legal status

I'm not sure if this is the right section but I was just wondering if these two chems were still legal in europe and especially belgium.
 
general ranges for 018

smoked: 0.5-2mg
oral: 2-8mg+ (about 25-35% smoked potency)

anxiety has been found by some and not others at high end of range so it may have been difference in material or handling
 
JWH-018 is the 1-pentyl isn't it (1-pentyl-3-naphthoylindole)? If so, then yes it can cause hideius anxiety if you go silly with the dosing (I plugged 15mg - my usual oral dose - in an emulsion - milk - and it gave me an attack of the fear that was about the worst cannabis type one I've ever experienced); obviously plugging give a much higher availability than oral does. I've also seen people think 'I can handle smoking any sort of dope' have really spectacular whiteys through not respecting what they've been told about dosage
 
Soluble in acetone, less in IPA and ethyl acetate (props to Vecktor here!)

Route of preferred application: Smoking.

Major risk (as mentioned above): Heavy attacks of anxiety and fear. You better do not go beyond 2-3 mg smoked. It won't alter the high significantly anyway.

Plz post a TR after you tried the stuff.

...yeah but that method would make dosage a difficult issue. Don't you think? And for what B. caapi?
 
what do you mean dosage difficult? You could just separate doses in individual little baggies, so like 200mg of b caapi leaves would equal one dose (then just dump out the little baggies).

or you could just eyeball the stuff. I hear thats what most people do with this sort of stuff.

smoking b caapi leaves is quite nice.
 
Eyeballing 1-2 mg is the perfect answer when 3-4 mg are already enough to put you in some manic fear-frenzy... Please don't do so!

Does anyone know the patent number for JWH-018, It may not be patented
 
The family of compounds claimed in US patents 6900236 and 7241799 includes JWH-018 and most of its close relatives, but Huffman isn't even named as an inventor which is odd. The patents are mainly for therapeutic uses of the compounds anyway, while they do claim the compounds themselves I doubt that part of the patent would be upheld if challenged.

Its not really relevant anyway as patent protection merely prohibits the commercial exploitation of someone elses invention, you only infringe the patent if you sell the compounds for profit. Taking them to get high, or even distributing them is not an infringement so long as you are not making any money off them.

As for legal status I'd be pretty confident that all of these aminoalkylindole cannabinoids are legal throughout the world, even in Australia with the ridiculously broad controlled substance analogue provisions in s 314.1(2) of the Commonwealth Criminal Code Act 1995, I don't think the definition they set out would cover these compounds, trying to describe them as analogues of DMT because they both contain an indole nucleus would be a bit of a stretch!
 
Dose is 1-3mg smoked, oral 3-10, insufflation works poorly, rectal dosing in an appropriate carrier (milk, as FnB has said, works well) works well with a dose from 3-7.
Soluble in IPA, EtOH, more soluble in acetone, even more soluble in toluene.
Forming a solution in acetone then evaporating the solution over plant material works well.
It's okay to eyeball the dose SO LONG AS you just use a tiny amount, have that, then repeat as needed until you're high enough. There is a TR on this material if you know where to look (the darker shade).
And to answer the OP's question, it is likely legal worldwide. Please don't get it banned.

To do this, dissolve it in IPA then add the IPA to the milk & shake like buggery (oh and make sure that the volume of IPA is less than 10% that of the milk or you'll get ring sting from hell!)

well given that most people trying these will be seasoned cannabis smokers, then I would think eyeballing would not be such a big issue. But your mileage may certainly vary, murphy.

added, most of these compounds are received in decomposed (partially) states, so more is almost always required (though I'm not certain these are as fragile as the CP stuff).
