God damn right I am, I'm no mere sympathizer, I have studied Marx, Engels, Lenin, Mao, etc. At length. As well as weirdo "libertarian" capitalists such as Murray Rothbard and Hayek. So I've done more than enough studying to reach the understanding that I have.

China has benefitted massively from communism. If you deny that, you're wrong. It's not a matter of opinion. It is as clear as the sky being blue.

Whether or not Stalin is responsible for killing more people than Hitler doesn't really matter. They are both monsters and they both were responsible for killing millions.

The way Stalin had people killed is more disturbing than the number of people he had killed.

it is their culture, but they boil them alive, skin em alive, pack 20 in a small crate, not even feral dogs, i hate that festival, some cool vids of one woman buying the dogs to save them, surprised she hasnt been killed and eaten, though i read many chinese are done with that practice, but like we eat chickens they love their dog on a stick, hurts me to see the wet markets, loved when that octopus chocked that girl to death

I suppose dogs could be considered invasive in certain places, still doesn't justify what goes on in these Asian countries

PETS are being stolen, killed, and eaten

Pigs don't provide companionship and love like dogs do

I don't agree with inhumane treatment of any animals though, I heard in the US, wild pigs are sometimes poisoned with warfarin, sick

Yeah, they only went from severely limited peasant economy to hyper industrialized mega world power in the course of a couple years.

BIG failure!!

Even if they aren't properly socialist anymore, you can still point to things they've done that have been pretty successful.

Yeah, the dog shit is gross, as well as a bunch of other stuff their government does. But they still had plenty of success and advancements through a socialist economy.

God, I'm so tired of the "if you don't like it, leave" argument.

But I guess that's what I get for being the one admitted socialist at all times.

Someone's gotta do it.

people starved all over Russia between Lenin and Stalin but it looked great in Moscow

same deal in China - they have slave labor there

ya gotta kill people and restrict freedoms in order for it to appear to be working
 
i think it's easier to compare modern day communist China to modern day North and South Korea, or even Japan or Vietnam
 
It's not at all difficult to determine whether or not communism has helped China. Communism is good in times of extreme crisis like when you need to lift a population out of poverty. It has helped China because they have different priorities. Communism interferes with individual rights but who cares about rights when you're starving?

Where did an octopus being eaten alive choke a woman to death? Given how the tentacle rape hentai/anime seems to be popular in Japan along with that bizarre eel lady video, I am sure some East Asian men or women are getting off to these videos.
