I was taking zoloft for about 8 months only got to about 75 mg because i was so apprehensive of it. Just recently ive tapered down to the point where today I took none. Now im wondering how long does it take for my serotonin to get back to normal before i can take dxm without worrying about serotonin syndrome? Keep in mind I never took a high does the whole time i was taking it, most of my doses were 50mg or less.
