Just relapsed on crystal/ must sleep now

Need to sleep now!!! Advice PLEASE!!!

Ok so I had a year clean from crystal on the 19th of this month. Tonight I relapsed and already regret it! I took two hits off a pipe about 3 hours ago and obviouslyF I'm wired! If I go the night w/any sleep I get a certain look in my face that my mom can spot a mile away as my "meth look". Its mandatory I get past this slip up with out my mom knowing about it and my best bet would be to get a few hours of sleep before I have to do her hair at 9am (I'm a hair stylist). So please give advice to how I can calm my body down and sleep! I ready took 8mg of suboxone (which I take daily) and 2 benedryl. Also avoiding my mom is not an option bc I live with her so other ideas r much appreciated!

Sounds like it's time to wear sunglasses indoors.

Edit: I'm not exactly saving your life by telling you how to get away with using an awful drug, but have you considered that you probably look surprised or "insanely focused" when you're high? If my kid came through the door, eyes wide and movements rigid, I would know right away what he or she did. It doesn't take a genius to tell if someone is on speed.

Unless your pupils are super dilated, you can probably just relax your face, maybe take magnesium and just say you drank coffee or had caffeine if your mom asks.

It's not really HR to tell people how to get by their parents with hard drug use. She's concerned for all the right reasons.

Yeah man, my mum can tell when I have had even 1 beer. Even when I don't feel the effects she can tell. Like the man said, I would wear glasses indoors. Or, if your mum is supportive, I would tell her. You have been a year clean which is really good and if you have a supportive mum tell her that you just fell off the wagon. She will de disappointed but maybe she will take it better than if she finds out herself and thinks you have been using behind her back for a long period of time.
 
Take melatonin if you have any (its cheap at the store). Make your room as dark as possible when you sleep. Drink some warm milk or start reading a boring book which usually does the trick for me to calm my heart rate.And most importantly don't stress too much about it before hand because that will only exacerbate your shakiness and physical anxiety.

Also in the morning just avoid talking too much because on stimulants like that people usually blabber without actually noticing it. Don't drink coffee or any caffeine obviously. And lastly just let her know that you didn't sleep well or feeling kind of tired/sick/off.
