She took a step outside.. saw all the colors and fades.. twisting and swirling about, like an unimaginable dream.
The puffing white clouds overhead swirling their great masses in the colors, sharing the sky with the dying sun on the horizon.
A sweetness was on the air, so sweet she could almost taste it: raspberries and honeysuckle. Almost like tasting heaven on her very lips.
A delightful breeze blew through her hair, wafting the few stray strands that framed her face, causing a faint giggle that
made her cheeks dimple. Nearby, another was coming outside and she wondered, as she often did, if that person, too, was feeling what she was.
Her right hand came up and touched her cheek as she let a smile crinkle her lips to the now, passing-by neighbor.
"Today was a great day," she said. "Hopefully tomorrow will be better.."
