Put away the photo of you and I,
I look at your lil braclet and yet again I cry.
Time to realize that its now threw.
I guess it wasnt good enough that all I wanted was you.
I looked up in my mirror and washed away the tears,
And asked myself slotfly....
Why did I let down those walls that I had built up for years?
I guess its time to see that you didnt feel the spark,
That no matter how much I cared I wasnt in your heart.
I wont ask why because I already know
The distance between us is too big to ignore.
So when I see your angel eyes soon this weekend...
I'll have to remind myself that now your just my friend.
