Your experience does not sound like a "typical" MDMA experience to me, so I'd say in the future acquiring a test kit is extremely important- at the very least, check pillreports and only consume pills you've seen reagent tested.
At this point, over a day has passed and hopefully you've had some rest and feel more stable. I don't see more feedback as being beneficial as this seemed to be a time sensitive concern, and speculation over what you may have taken it not allowed.
