Just a quickie about lefetamine

no, but I wasn't looking for them either...I was being fairly active at the time...perhaps the nmda activity contributes to the lack of focus...

^ I take it you did not experience any dissociative effects? After all, it is that part that excites me the most about lefetamine...

hey F&B. Have u tried this yet. My non-N-substituted 1,2-DPEA will be arriving in 10 days and I was hoping you'd have a head start on this new/old type of chem

the best hoped for effect would be akin to a good speedball i guess if these opiate/stim hybrids did what one wanted....so what one substance is closest to that objective at present...?

Tramadol has always been that for me, although most people seem to think it's worthless.

For me, the euphoria is good, although not overwhelming, and there's a definite bit of stimulation too.
It's more of a "life condiment" drug than anything - it seems to provide a lot of motivation and just a pleasant mood lift.

Yeah, but tramadol doesn't really have much effect on dopamine (aside from downstream effects from mu stimulation).

I would think that this would be pretty close to pethidine, but certainly stronger than tramadol both in terms of stimulation and opioid effects.

i was gonna say tramadol for some, but, there is no classical opiate downhead aspect...

same with Mu1 specific agonists such as mitragynine and moreso 7-OH-Mit, a mostly stimulating opiate class...so in a sense they can have an effect of that nature

Just to update - the racaemic compound was a bit of a disappointment. 100mg produced mild stimulation, mild opiate-like effects (think dihydrocodeine) and hardly any perceptable ketamine like effects. A quick assessment of it would be that it was like a smaller distant relative of methadone.

I can see it has abuse potential, but nothing to wet your knickers in excitement over...

great thanx. Are you planning on trying a higher dose? I doubt it would have decent NMDA effects until atleast .5-1g+. I read that they did studies on it using IM injection of upto 350mg

Yeah, but it's producing stimulant and opiate effects at 100mg, I'm pretty sure going 5-10x that dose would be considered inadvisable.

That sounds like a good chillout drug. Personally, I'm still very excited for giving it a taste, even though I am sorely disappointed that lacks any dissociative effects :(

It might have a little that escaped me (it takes a fair dose of ketamine to get full sensory shutdown these days; 150-200mg IM as opposed to 80-120mg when I first used ket), but nothing as significant as the stimulant & opiate effect.

Maybe the levo isomer ('proper' lefetamine) might have more is one isomer contains the bulk of the NMDA inhibitory activity. From what I've gathered, replacing the dimethylamine with a piperidine group increases antagonist activity, but I don't know by how much
