Problem.

I've been on them for nearly a year now and if I dont take them I can hardly move what's the best way to wiene of without doctors assistant I think I have some 75mg scripts could in drop down to them then go cold turkey or is that safe. thank you in advance for your help appreciated :)

Are you unable to see your doctor about creating a plan? Or does he/she not want you to stop taking the medication?

Doctors are there for a reason, and even though there may be the case where one is better off without them, most times it's better if you consult one. Especially if your body is growing dependent on them.

Yea he does not want to take me off them ally friends have been lucky first shot with anti depressants were none just work for me if anything make em work I've wiened my self of alot of drugs in the past just wondering if this is any different I mean getting of Valium that one time was a bitch but I managed just with these pills if u miss a day or 2 your light headed and feel really sick And weak passing out n crap n these anti depressants are costing me a shit load

The guy at this link appears to be in a similar situation as yours, wanting to come off of 150 mg and eventually discontinue use. The doctor who responded to his query (first recommended consulting his personal doctor) then recommended taking 75 mg off for two weeks and after that, ceasing use. I'm not familiar with this drug much, but I'm sure that you don't need the consent/permission of another person to decide that you no longer want to put something into your own body. All it takes is a little searching to come upon stories of people who've successfully weaned themselves off of the drug and a good rationale for doing so yourself. The idea that your psychiatrist should dictate things to you is preposterous. Psychiatrists are not like physicians who can officially advise you about actual physiological functions. They operate in a very subjective area pertaining to mental well being. Thus, if you've concluded that you'd be better off not taking a medication, for a psychiatrist to tell you otherwise is outrageous and absurd.
