I love it after I take a yoga class.
and i get the vita boost.
yum razzle dazzle!

what your guys drink?<3

Juice actually is not too healthy. All the sugar but without the fiber causes blood sugar spikes. Whole fruits are healthier.

They just put in one of these near where I'm from, but I've never tried it. I'll have to try it sometime.

Ah yes, okay then. Well the way I feel is, jamba juice and those sorts of places are good, but they don't got nothing on the delicious nutritious creations I can whip up in my blender at home (for 1/2 the price). :)

I like the juice ;)

but when I eat fruit I like the peels and stuff in my mouth and belly also. Feels better that way and provides more sustained release of energy.

Fructose is a poor choice if you are looking for a high-glycemic index sugar that will spike insulin and promote glycogen replenishment after a hard workout.

You're better off with dextrose or maltodextrin combined with whey protein isolate. 50g of each probably on average person who just came off a hard workout.
