Any jugglers in the house? I've noticed recently when I go to raves/shows/heady festivals there are a LOT of jugglers present, some of them quite talented. I just got my first set of flowersticks and I love them.

I can testify that juggling can improve concentration skills, so that could be seen as a health benefit.

Juggling is something that requires both hemispheres of the brain, like playing the piano or writing with both hands. Practice of these activities creates dendrites within the brain hence new neural pathways.

Yeah juggling can be VERY healthy for computer professionals.

I got my brother a set of Klutz bags with the book and he's been using them to get a sitting break when all his co-workers are taking "smoke" breaks. He's become quite handy (oh the puns!!!) with them and he's been noticing less back/neck issues. :)
