3-MeF is already extremely potent as it is. Since I am not that intelligent on this could somebody write down a list of generalizations to explain the differences? I could probably find out if I put in the effort but it is just a case of not having the motivation. Specifically i'd like to know how much of an effect the added hydroxy group has. Anyway, thanks for posting this article since I can probably answer my own questions if I put in the time to read it.
