Are test kits technically illegal as well ?

Not that I know of, but the act of testing is certainly a grey area.

Yeah, im at the point where nothing they do surprise's me anymore.. unless our biology goes through some massive shift, there will always be that chemical desire.. we need to start accepting that its natural for humans and animals to seek out altered states of consciousness.. only when this is realized and accepted will anything change.

Until then, im gonna sit back and watch the show.

This quote from the wikipedia page 'psychoactive drugs' really brings home this point:

"The long history of drug use and even children's desire for spinning, swinging, or sliding indicates that the drive to alter one's state of mind is universal."
