Johns Hopkins "bad trip" survey

As many of you know, clinical research with psychedelics has been cautiously resuming in recent years following more than 3 decades of virtual prohibition. Currently, research is evaluating the efficacy of psychedelic therapy for end-of-life anxiety, addiction, and PTSD.

At Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Roland Griffiths has been heading up psilocybin studies for the past decade. His group recently designed an anonymous, Web-based survey for a study that aims to characterize difficult or challenging experiences (i.e. "bad trip") associated with psilocybin mushrooms. Investigators will be probing set, setting, personality, dose, and various other factors that may contribute to these difficult experiences. They will also be characterizing the phenomenology of such acute difficult experiences, as well as the severity of any persisting adverse effects.

If you've ever had a challenging experience from psilocybin, it would be greatly appreciated if you could take the time and take this survey.

I agree which is exactly why I didn't move it over but suggested to post it there as well.

The link doesn't seem to be working entirely but if you choose the google cached version it still redirects you to surveymonkey so it still seems reactive and interactive (so to sum up, active).
