There still selling the "healthy herbal blends" at bong shops around perth, so it can't be illegal yet?

I would like to have some of this to put in a e-cig cartridge thing, to take to a festival. Id probably have to fiddle with the e cig thing quite a bit to get it to "atomise" the RC properly.

I think they keep changing jwh to meet legal standards. I am often wrong....

Under federal law it would probably be illegal. Our analogue law, besides having a chemical similarity component, has a catch-all 'pharmacological likeness' clause which basically makes anything recreational illegal.

State laws though do vary; there was a thread here a while ago about Victoria not having an analogue act and 4-MMC still being legal there, though it was illegal to actually import.

I've edited the original post so that it fits the guidelines. I think there could be some useful discussion about the legal status of these substances in the various states.

Also OP, it's a cannabinoid receptor agonist, not antagonist; the latter wouldn't be much fun at all.
