So, I'm moving to Japan in a handful of months for school, and I know they are very strict about stimulants. However, I've noticed those who sell RCs online are willing to do so to Japan, but not the US or Australia. I figure there has to be a good reason for this, and I'd like to know if anyone knows more about the nitty gritty of their drug laws, or knows where I can find more information about it. Yes, I did do a search and came up with threads that were several years old and a little on the unhelpful side. I would really appreciate as much detailed information as I can get. Thank you [:
