Social Justice Jacob Blake shot seven times by white cop, paralyzed, may never walk again.

Well, I looked up the white store owners record and he had sex with a 15 year old in 1966...also convicted of jaywalking and tax fraud. So I say he deserved it. Fuck that dumb fuck.

Source that. Again, no comparison. This was right now. Did he also point loaded firearms at people in a threatening manner?

And the police could just as easily taken his skinny ass down without an issue.

"Drop the knife!" I seem to recall hearing. SOOOO EASY!

The officers handled Jacob appropriately. I would have shot him too under the circumstances, to date. I seen what I saw, and I would have shot him dead (I’m a better shot anyway, one shot form the wizard ded)

And you are a middle aged white dude from the middle of nowhere correct? (Just checking to see if the demographic lines up with the stereotype)

I hope we have a civil war. Soon you people will realize that most of this country is "country" and rural and mostly white and armed to the teeth. Keep pushing you commies.

Gandalf: 'Pity? It's a pity that stayed Bilbo's hand. Many that live deserve death. Some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them, Frodo? Do not be too eager to deal out death in judgment. Even the very wise cannot see all ends.

I haven't seen the video nor do I care to see another random death at the hands of police (justified or not). I just really wanted to post that quote lol. A true wizard like yourself will understand.

Wow. That's quite a controversial statement man. The upholders of the law should never 'shoot someone dead' unless they were in mortal danger themselves. Seven shots is excessive. Couldn't those 'highly trained
' officers disable an unarmed man with just one carefully placed bullet?

No, because they're fuckin imbeciles who should never be let loose with a firearm.

And he went to his vehicle, as we saw, and his frontside and what he may have been reaching for was out of view. Did he drop the knife inside? Can you source where you get that information? I'm curious if you misunderstood and shoe-horned it to fit your innocent verdict on this fellow.

I just watched the live press conference by AG Josh Kaul.

You know, it's very possible he had the knife and put it in the driver's side door, now that you mention it. Although if this was the case, it makes the shooting even more hard to understand.

Kaul refused to answer any more questions by media about the knife, I just posted about specifics if you read my previous posts.

You seem to have me confused, though, as I have no narrative. I just am interested in what actually happened.

So if he had the knife the whole time, why'd they wait til he was getting in the car to fire off seven shots? Makes no sense. They wouldn't have been following him so closely if that were the case.

Well, we do know that witnesses reported police yelled "drop the knife" and he was, at some point after, tased. It is possible he didn't drop the knife after being tased and went to his car to put it away, at which point he was shot 7 times, which would just make the shooting even more difficult to understand.

Like you said, if he had the knife, the officer would have never been tugging on his shirt. So, although I guess technically possible, severely unlikely.

The police officers actions, for the entire incident, seem to not make sense here.

Someone said something about burning this "whole country down" as if they could ever create it any better, but anyway, and they mentioned equality, too, where we are all "truly equal", and you know I've heard blacks say that that's all they want, is equality, too.

This right there is actual fact. I would bet everything I own that the 0 number is not accurate, but I would also bet that the 19,293 might be underrepresented... And that this disparity still expresses something real and valid. You talk about equality like it's so easy, and simple. If someone is taking more than they are giving to something, how long do you let them keep taking? How much do you give, if you get nothing back? Do you stay in a relationship with someone if they're just using you? It's give and take. Reciprocity makes the world go round.

8x more likely to resist arrest. Cops 18 times more likely to die at the hands of a black man, than an unarmed black man is to be killed by cops, still. Equality. Equality Equality!

I am not saying certain things shouldn't change or don't 'cultivate' this horse-shit we're trying to step around right now, as if that's possible. I see many issues, but people are completely choosing to ignore certain facts to because they believe their view is so nice and tidy and if it's not they'll lose (it's inconvenient to their ideology to recognize certain facts). You really need to be more real. Equality is not simply something we can give, equally. For our own survival, we need to discriminate in certain ways, and if we don't, we die. That is the rule of the game. We look out for our own best interests. It's not as if there is not some pattern being "read" that is still promoting, well, people like me who would prefer to be speaking German. Fuck Damn. None of us are equal.

Reciprocity makes the world go round. What are we getting?

This man pointed loaded weapons at patrons at a restaurant in some earlier event. If I had charge of a "city", he would be kicked out and never allowed back in except under supervision. Maybe he could earn his way back into the good graces, but I don't see that he has done that, now. He's not a good character. Anyone who points a firearm at another in this way, as I imagine he did, who really wants that around?

His character sucked. I don't owe him anything he's not able to give back, or is likely not to. I don't have to give him anything he's only going to shred. Strangulation/suffocation. YAY. What a winner that I want inside my fortress walls! SO EQUAL!

He did feel in danger. I could see it from the limited footage, and basic understanding of police procedures.

🧙‍♂️

There is a difference between feeling in danger and actually being in danger. From what I gather, the guy was unarmed at the time - regardless of what weapons he may or may not have had in the vehicle. Yes, he should have just froze when confronted like any normal person would. But that's still not an excuse to fire off seven shots.

I think this highlights the total lack of training that these police officers receive before they are let loose on the streets with deadly weapons. These guys are just loose cannons and are not fit to hold their badge. Probably watched too many dirty harry movies...

They sure would have (knives don’t beat guns, ever), but it wasn’t until he became a threat while (possibility reaching for a gun in his car) that he shot to protect the lives of the officers involved. This is how law enforcement workx.

🧙‍♂️

Now it's back to he's a threat possibly reaching for a gun?
