Opioids IV'ing hydrocodone

I know there is APAP in them and it's dangerous. But will one time kill me? Or do serious harm. I'm withdrawaling and only have access to ONE hydrocodone 10mg/325
 
Do not IV this pill!

Besides the APAP (which I believe cannot be IV'd) the pill binders will be so damaging to your veins and skin that it wouldn't be worth it. Unless you want you're arm amputated, don't IV this pill without any knowledge of how you IV pills. You can IV pills, but it takes a lot of preparation so you don't cause irreparable damage to your body.

You would first need to extract the Hydrocodone (get rid of the APAP). Then, concentrate the mixture in bacteriostatic water, then filter it with a micron wheel. After that you can inject like normal.
 
Just don't entertain this idea. You have one pill so swallow it the way it's meant to be taken.
The risks are not worth it.

Also, hydrocodone has a greater than 80% bioavailability when taken orally (the percentage that makes it to your blood stream). Even if you had pure powder, the only big difference would be onset of action.

You don't want APAP anywhere near a rig you're about to stick in your arm.
 
We all SAY NO, it's a big no no just like IV ROA of codeine, same fatal attributes apply! Stay safe, stay informed, forget about IV hydrocodone.
 
It would actually be more effective if you just ate it since it has a high oral BA and a longer duration when taken orally. That's why meds for withdrawals are taken orally (or sublingually in the case of suboxone) since they will keep you out of withdrawals for longer that way.
 
sEyEkuhDeLiK nailed it: Hydrocodone and codeine CANNOT be safely IV'd, nevermind the binders or CWE. You CANNOT IV those two drugs. Period.
 
Definate NO NO! Hydrocodone and codiene are the two opiates that can not be done at all in this fashion(there is an RC opiate also that once the heat is gone it re solidfies in the veins..remember reading about someone doing that on here, killed his veins, and lucky to be alive). But both Hydro and Codiene also cause a build up of fluid in the lungs, which is fatal. Just eat it since you are withdrawling. Would reccomend plugging if you had a larger amount, but, ya..just eat it.
