IVing heroin is way more potent than before, what gives?

Hi all,

I'm just curious about this. Usually in my past and they say that snorting heroin has around 50% bioavailability / strength as IV does.

So in the past when I've shot up I've always used an amount a little less than half what I would snort and that was a safe bet.

Well now with the dope I have I can snort half a gram in one go and be fine, but I just did between a .05-.1 shot, or a 50 - 100 mg shot and basically "went out" for 2 hours.

So basically I almost just overdosed again and I don't understand how this is happening,

If I have a tolerance up to half a gram in one setting, you'd think I could IV a .1 and be fine...

Why are these shots so much stronger? Must have something to do with fentanyl.

No but a decent drug test showed no opiates/heroin in it, I failed for Tramadol and fentanyl
