You really should save up and get yourself a nice glass pipe. Their a great investment , Ive had the one I use daily for about 10 years now.

You could always make a steamroller out of a toilet paper roll and some tin foil , they work very well

^^ Oh, nice idea The Parasites! As long as you're using a metal piece for the downtube that should work great. Awesome. I've made a similar model bong using pieces bought at the hardware store but I was having a hard time imagining it with household materials... your drawing is very helpful
