It's 03:45 and today is my second encounter with methylphenidate. It came in the form of 10mg ritalin pills. I have eaten, snorted and IV'd these pills and here is my trip report! I'm still feeling the ritalin so it'll most likely be quite long. I've found a new love for stimulants and can't wait to try some other more potent ones! Although, methamphetamine isn't as available where I like (UK) I doubt I'll get to have a go. 8( 
I didn't want to start too high, and this certainly gave me an effect. I used 100mg over the course of the whole day yesterday: 20mg in the morning, popped my stim. cherry; I ran around my house naked for about an hour and danced furiously to some hard trance, and also some ska/punk (Less than Jake). I later took 20mg after eating 6mg clonazepam, and the effects weren't so great. I was stimulated and had no anxiety. I ended up singing out loud to passers by as I walked through town with my friends.
Later on in the night I snorted roughly 40mg, and gave some to my friend who was very surprised (in a good way) by the result. I felt next to nothing from this, but I had been on it all day, and the tranquilisers may have still had an effect.
Anyway...

At roughly 00:20 I prepared two 10mg pills for injection.
I basically used my usual method to prep. a pill for IV injection. I know this isn't safe, so don't follow it. I'm simply adding it because it's part of the story. I used a pair of spoons to crush two of the pills, then placed them into an upturned coca-cola can (cleaned with an alcohol swab. I was surprised at what residue was left on it! This msut not be safe! Strange black and yellow stains...) and added 1ml of sterile water using a sterile 5ML syringe. I stirred and further crushed the mixture, trying to get it all to dissolve but it wouldn't. I was unsure of whether these were insoluble particle in the mixture, or there just wasn't enough water. I only use 1ML syringes and didn't plan on two injections, so I continued.
I left the mixture, stirring occasionally for around five minutes, noticing pieces of pill precipitating out of the solution and getting stuck to the sides of the can where there was no water. No matter how hard I tried to get these pieces into the mixture, more would just come out. So I left it. Once I thought the solution was fairly decent, I dropped in a Q-tip, shoved the end of a 5ML syringe into it and sucked up as much as I could. This left a damp powdery substance in the can which I simply swallowed. I also ate the cotton, heheh.
From then I filled my 1ML syringe, left the cap on, and accidentally dropped it. None was lost though. I took off the cap, applied a tourniquet to my right arm and hit that needle right into the big juicy vein in the crook of your arm (I do not know its name). A trickle of blood flowed into the syringe, so I didn't pull back (the plunger was already at the end anyway and I didn;t want to pull it out of the syringe...) I just pressed the plunger and then checked again half way through: still in the vein! I'm getting better at this!
I pumped the solution into my veins and removed the needle, capped it and stuffed it into my bag.
There was a rush. This rush, to me, seemed nothing like snorted or eaten ritalin. It was actually very euphoric. I felt very open and mentally stimulated, from only 20mg! I haven't experienced IV cocaine (yet) so I cannot compare. But basically my whole body felt a wonderful tingling sensation and I just wanted to throw my head back. I didn't want to dance. I closed my eyes, turned up the music on my headphones, and just enjoyed the sensation.
It lasted for quite a long time, or at least longer than expected, roughly thirty minutes. At that point I snorted 40mg. The burn was nothing to cry over and it only lasted around 5 seconds. The drip disappeared quite quickly too.
For a stimulant, the intravenous administration of the drug didn't make me 'speedy' like you might expect. I suppose I could've stood up and danced non-stop for ages, but I just wanted to lie back in my chair and enjoy it. I had a number of conversations with friends, both from the internet and in real life, felt able to reveal secrets that were really bothering me, and also connected with a friend I hadn't spoken to in a long time and talked very openly with him about our friendship.
I felt happy. A state of wellbeing. Euphoric.
I am about to snort some more ritalin soon. I could try injection again but I'll leave it for a few days so my tolerance, if I even have any, has gone down and I don't have any in my system.
In conclusion, IV ritalin doesn't seem (at least to me) to be anything like intranasal or oral ritalin. Can any of you comment on what the IV cocaine experience is like? I haven't had the pleasure as previously stated... I probably should have IV'd double, but I was afraid I wouldn't get it all into 1ML of water... I could've attempted two injections, but the first would've kicked in and I'd have started shaking; that can't be good for the veins, a shaky hand trying to inject, heh. 8(
I know my filtering technique was wrong. Next time I am going to experiment with coffee filters and using more cotton. I thought, just this once, and then from now on I will be much more careful. Perhaps I did it recklessly because it was a spur of the moment sort of thing; I'd decided not to sleep and so here I am at 4:04 AM now wide awake. I am feeling as though I'm coming down slightly. I need to make it to 10AM! (I'm going out).
I also feel very dehydrated, which was expected. Must buy breath mints 8(.

I'm fairly naive when it comes to stimulants, so I cannot compare it to anything. But in a few words: it's fucking excellent. Of course, you're used to MUCH stronger stimulants, i.e. meth.
As a side effect, I experienced a lot of wind. I had to basically force this out as it wouldn't come naturally (through my mouth). This was unpleasant, but I always seem to suffer some strange problem with my throat on any drug. Perhaps dehydration is the problem?

To add something off topic, I recieved my clonazepam today and so I won't run out and won't have to suffer withdrawal. I am still set on the phenibut though. I was thinking of tapering the Clono. then taking twice the usual dose of phenibut for a few days, then just starting a regimen of 500mg. I'll cycle every two weeks to avoid both losing the anxiolytic effects of phenibut, and also the addiction and withdrawal from benzos.
All in all, I'm happy. I hope you enjoyed my report, and feel free to ask for any other information about the feeling! It wasn't immediate, as soon as I pressed the plunger, it came on about 10 seconds later and got stronger, to a peak, and then slowly died off. But there wasn't any 'crash' or bad feeling. Seemed like an easy comedown, although I DID snort 40mg immediately after I'd stopped feeling it, so perhaps that had something to do with it
Sorry for rambling, but you know tweakers. Oh, do I even get to be called a tweaker? I mean ritalin is a child's ADD drug! Dexamphetamine soon, perhaps? Depends what my "adolescent psychiatrist" can tell me about my problems 8).

I snorted a last 40mg at 5:30AM exactly and it did very little for me. Of course, I felt a body buzz of sorts but it's gone now and I'm starting to feel a little ill. Could it be because I've drank about 4 liters of water over the course of the whole night? (dehydration sucks)
How hard is the comedown usually? I've taken MDMA comedowns and although they have never been painful, I was always left extremely anxious, and with the feeling that I wanted to do something but didn't know what. I almost always ended up pacing my house in my dressing gown with my arms crossed, before going and eating about a loaf's worth of buttered toast.
Weird?
I hope this alert and awake feeling lasts into the day as I am going out and cannot be ill or suffer. I don't like suffering! I'll pop a couple of paracetamol and maybe some clonazepam if it gets really bad.
Any advice for comedowns? I should've searched, I know, I'm naughty.
I'll be definately trying Ritalin IV again, and next time I'll use a safer filtering method. I'm scared of losing product though, of course in contrast to that you could ask me if I'm scared of losing a limb, a finger, or my eyesight. Heh.
I will try using these nebulizer filters I have, as they're designed to filter out antibiotic particles from the air. They should be pretty good, right? I'll stuff a syringe with a piece of one and force my cloudy solution through it.
Q --> Should I use more water to dissolve the tablets in future? There was rather a lot of excess damp powder left over and upon licking it, it tasted of ritalin, meaning I probably injected less than 20mg. But more than 10mg I'd say. 40mg next!
