Tell me youā€™ve been taking the monkey water or smoking or what the fuck ever boofing, shit :/

you can even eat heroin to amazing effect

But shooting is like going into hospice care when youā€™re in your first week of your rookie season.

A habits got to have longevity.

You start shooting now and youā€™ve limited your options significantly. Telling you as someone who never shot up. Heroin can be plenty good and stay plenty good for a very long time. But shooting is only as good as your dope is pure and even then shooting Wonā€™t be good for very long.
Veins get shot. Cardiac tissue gets infected. More and more of your veins wonā€™t work.

That's a lot of questions... I feel honored šŸ˜ (if they're for me)
First of all I bought the H so I can eventually shoot it. The plan was to get a good feeling for the dose before I do, but that took way too much material... I tried all the roas from top to bottom (literally, the latter being the most practical and convenient imho), tried monkey water, ascorbic, heat or no heat, it felt like I was running out before getting one good hit. And I suck at smoking. So my veins had to suffer as well. Then I got it right. And had to pay for it - until I stopped the misery on day three.
I'm well aware that I don't have enough veins to shoot up regularly. Also given the aftermath I probably wouldn't survive it for long. I already returned to the pills I used before - but the little bit of H I have left is reserved for IV...

Man, the best instruction I found online is by Jon Derricott on YouTube.

Check out his channel; he's got vids both on preparing street drugs in general and shooting H specifically in the safest way possible.

Just to clarify for anyone reading, Iā€™ve never seen anything but yellow/white/grey heroin hcl (#4) in the US, and never seen anything but freebase brown #3 which requires acid in Europe, and Iā€™ve been active for over a decade each in both places.ā€™

Fair and valid point I suppose. But Iā€™ll see your harm reduction and raise you an influencing bud. I feel like itā€™s more harmful showing people how to do it which by the way Iā€™m pretty sure most people who are shooting up are typically around people or know people who have already been doing it. Yeah you have the newbies probably that are wanting to try it out but man you can google anything these days. And what you canā€™t find on google you can for sure find on DuckDuckGo. Iā€™m just saying my concern that maybe more people are being influenced by your channel and giving in and trying then more who are watching for ā€œharm reductionā€. You should be promoting snorting bc itā€™s harder to overdose. Shooting up takes hardly nothing to put you in a dirt nap. Idk man I just feel like what youā€™re putting out there isnā€™t a good thing. Just my opinion though. I personally feel like we shouldnā€™t be condoning the shit at all foreal. Thatā€™s not fixing the problem thatā€™s creating more problems and more addicts. Itā€™s not a cool lifestyle man. It only ends in two ways for 99% of the users. We never recommend people start IVing, but if someone really wants to IV something theyā€™re going to find a way. Iā€™ve personally been in this situation. My friends were all extremely opposed to it and they wouldnā€™t even spot me. Fortunately, everything turned out fine and Iā€™ve never been someone to IV frequently, but no one would have been able to stop me, and if I hadnā€™t learned how to properly IV - there were no photo guides or videos back in the day and I didnā€™t have anyone to teach me either, so I had to go solely off text - Iā€™d likely have done a lot more damage to myself.

Not every person who IVs ends up an addict. Yes, it is generally a bad path to go down. But people have a right to do what they want with their bodies and it is definitely harm reduction to show them/tell them how to minimise the damage.

The whole war on drugs and telling people they just canā€™t do drugs hasnā€™t worked out very well, has it?

I've been shooting other stuff before and iv itself really wasn't my issue. But all the talk about different types of H confused me - lots of things can change in two decades. So the video was good info for me since I don't have any contacts to the "scene" now. It was interesting to see the amount of asco he put and otherwise a confirmation that I figured it out p well by then. It's true that any mention of whatever can attract people, but this vid is clearly not made to look appealing - it's very down to earth imho and even experienced people can sometimes learn helpful things they didn't know before.. others might as well be put off! In a subject that's inherently dangerous open discussion is the better option imho. But that's just my 2ct...

It's a bit off topic here but there's a good documentary about fentanyl that almost made me cry btw. And I swear I'm never ever gonna touch fent..
 
I had a rule for myself for IV, if it isn't in after the third prick, I would just plug it.

I used to sleep at a homeless shelter long time before I started IV'ing myself and I saw so many guys and girls pricking themselves like they were a pincushion, when they couldn't find a vein.
To take a shot I need to be chill and focused, when I miss a few times I can get frustrated, so after three tries, I call it a quit, break of the needle (or use syringes with changeable ones) and plug it.
I have not used heroin IV on many an occasion, because I did not have an acceptional tolerance, so I cannot say much about using heroin IV. I can account for a superb combination IV'ed together with MDMA.
Also, I think the reason you are going to try IV, may be risky. You could also wait for your tolerance to drop, while e.g. experimenting with an other category of substances.
