Stimulants Iv meth no rush?

I'm doin meth with my friend and he's no newcomer to meth but never injected and he's done a couple good ones but can't feel the cough etc. any suggestions

i have had no rush before just legs - it sucked and wasnt worth it to me. i blame it on the low quality meth

It's probably low quality. Good meth would hit you like a ton of bricks.
