So in to IV heroin I registered without realizing it and now have a syringe full of blood and dope. I can't register again because I cant see the blood due to all the blood already in teh syringe.

So what should I do with the shot? Can I shoot it in my nose or is it bad to snort blood? Drink it? What? I just dont want to waste this heroin but I dont think I can inject it.

It's not safe to shoot as it's clotted (and foamed...) and you'd best plug it. It'll work best that way. If the solution is that thick and clotty already, try mixing in a few ml of water to the solution and plug it with a 5ml oral syringe.

I think snorting heroin is more effective than plugging. Can I snort it or is it bad to snort my own blood?

It'll clot and I'd expect a lot of it to go down your throat... It'll be a nasty experience and less efficient than snorting powder. I think you'll be pretty pleased taking it rectally and if necessary giving yourself another IV dose 50% of your normal hit once the rectal shot has kicked in.

If necessary, use a pair of dykes to pull the needle out of the syringe.

Plug that bitch. It's the most effective way considering what you've got. If it's clotted like a bitch, run hot water over the rig to try and melt the clot and salvage. If it's not happening. cut the barrel right where it starts so you can dump it out. Next time this happens, learn to recognise the air bubble disappearing when you register; you don't need to be able to see the blood coming in. If you simply can't do that, then squirt some of the shot into your spoon (or what have you), quickly add some hot water to what you've already drawn up (if you don't have two rigs), and that will buy you some time. Shooting a blood clot is pretty bad for your health.

Yeah u don't need to see the blood as long as the needle filling up... But i have been in situations mostly when i didn't have my technique down when the syringe was filled with blood and there was no more room in. The needle for anymore fluid... Also now when i shoot i just use enough water to cover the dope

You can see new blood by autoregistering... pull back as soon as you break the skin, the vacuum creates an air gap. When this fills in, you've hit the vein.
If it's clotting, you're going to have to empty out the back and draw it up again leaving the clot in the spoon. You can get most of the dope out of the clot if you're patient. It's been my experience that if it takes more than a minute or two, or you you get a partial register and new blood flows in, you'll have to keep refiltering until you get it quickly and without a partial. Also if you do this more than 12 hours later there's a good chance you'll get sick, learned that one the hard way.
