ok, so i'm gonna iv some fent in a few minutes, but i don't have vitamin c and will not use lemon juice. i'm planning on using some vinegar, but has anybody ever done it this way? how does fent hold under heat, does the molecule get destroyed?

i've iv'd fent many times but never with vinegar, always vitamin c. and the only reason i'm doing this is cause its probably the fuckin mylan ones which are impossible to abuse (i dont wanna chew the shit)

and mods, you should really change the "opiates" prefix to "opioids"
 
My advice is smoke it, the rush is intense, but you fiend for more, shooting vinegar I find disgusting. Just smoke it with tin foil and straw, a little at a time. Youll be blasted, but be careful. Extremely dangerous opiate.
 
i dunno about banging vinegar but you should be fine.....at least you know what is going into your body....

not sure about fent breaking down in heat I know it smokes just fine so you should also be fine cooking it.... sorry if thats no help
 
Smoking it is extremely strong, but it makes it almost impossible to urinate, and it makes you itch til you bleed. I have smoked heroin and it was not nearly as strong as fent, but it was more euphoric, still fent was fun, but really you do fiend to smoke more like its crack, odd for an opiate...
 
The only time I tried fentyl IV was a complete accident.
I bought some heroin that was cut with fentyl (if there was any heroin at all?). I ended up overdosing and stopped breathing . I was given cpr and was revived. That stuff is potent. Remember 1mg of morphine = 1oo mcg fentyl.

Fortunately, my tolerance had been lowered recently, so instead of splitting a 13 bag bundle in half like I usually did, I only did two bags. If I had done my normal dose, I don't know if I would have made it.
 
As someone who has OD'd on fent, I can only say that this is a bad idea. And I didn't/don't even IV.
 
Fentynal is to me has minimal abuse potential, despite the fiend from smoking it, just because you crave more after use does not mean it holds true recreational value, its more of a deadly, but medically useful, if not absurdly addicting pain killer.

its not the gel. if it was, i would of smoked it.

well i can let you guys know it worked very well. better then vitamin c honestly. i used 50/50 vinegar/water and it still burned like hell. now i'm letting tomorrow's hit soak in vinegar overnight so it will have evaporated but still converted the fent so its water soluble. and i have iv'd fent many times before, i know what i'm doing. i know what would send me into an OD. thanks for the thoughts though

fent on a patch is not water soluble, so it would be a tremendous waste. that's why you need an acid. and theres a chance there is fungus in lemon juice which will fuck up your eyes, you should never use that.
 
just get straight lemon juice in that sweet little lemon shaped container holding non other than straight up legit LEMON JUICE whoop whoop
 
can you read? lemon juice might contain fungus that can make you go blind. you should never use citrus juices for iv

There are so many different definitions for "opiates" and "opiods" (Google "definition of opioids" and click the first link to see what I mean) but typically, the word "opiates" covers both natural and synthetic opiates, while "opioids" usually covers only synthetic opiates.

It all depends on which interpretation you choose to subscribe to. We choose the above.
 
When I IV fent I usually do the 25mcg/hour jelly ones. I put the jelly on the spoon and hit it with about 80 units of vinegar. I then heat it SLIGHTLY VERY SLIGHTLY til the gel turns to little bubbles, suck it up in the rig (I dont use a cotton cause theres no need usually unless you got some weird dirt or some shit stuck to the spoon), and shoot that shit. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS THOUGH. Please use caution and know how much is in the shot. YOU CAN ALWAYS RE-DOSE WITH A SMALL AMOUNT SO DON'T BE AN IDIOT. Take it slow slow slow.
 
No one should be IVing fentany from the patches. All the other shit in there, especially with the solid patches where the fentanyl is mixed in with the adhesive, is incredibly horrible stuff to be putting in your veins.

But also, it's fentanyl. Super potent and super easy to OD on.
 
I only had 1 experience with fentyl (My od), and I sure liked it. I could have gotten into it and loved it like it was my own.
Also, I thought that the term 'opiate' only covers opium dervivitives (semi-synthetic + natural) and 'opiod' was a term to describe any drug that acts like an opiate (opiate receptor binding, CNS depression, analgesia) in the body, regardless of the chemical is was rerived from, opium or not.

Fentyl would not be an opiate as it's not made from the poppy it's meperidine based. But, it would be an opioid because it acts like an opiate. Morphine, would be an opioid and an opiate.

Opiates is what we choose to use, but doesn't mean it can't be changed, just let's not discuss it in this thread. If you wish, PM me or another OD mod about it and we can discuss it and see about changing the prefix. They are not set in stone. The intention was to add to them and modify them to fit our needs as time goes on and problems are discovered, so feel free to bring it up.
