Opioids IV Demerol

What's a good safe starting dose for IV demerol to get a decent rush? Orally 100-150mg only gives me a very slight buzz. I'm thinking about using 100mg but I'm wondering if 50 at a time might be a better idea?
 
you dont IV demerol.. If you are insistent on injecting it than make it IM.. IV can cause fatal reactions. I don't remember what or why but i just remember that you aren't supposed to IV this. I think it gives seizures or something IVed.
