could someone give me some details as to where the arteries are in your arm. I read about the dangers and what to do if u hit one but just want to know how to avoid them full stop.

Aight.. it's really simple - if you stick to the big pipes that buldge out of yer skin you're not likely to hit an artery .. the easy way is simply to stick it in - if blood rushes into the syringe, you hit an artery ..
Stick to the big veins in your wrist and inner-elbow..
