why is it, that when we feel helpless and small, we look at crying as this sign of weakness, we give it a negative connotation... we get mad at ourselves for doing it... we tell ourselves, we will be strong. no more tears. well, at least that's what i've told myself a hundred times or so.

but i dont think crying is a sign of weakness. i think its therapeutic. i think it is just what the song say.... "getting the sad out." i dont think you need a reason to cry. sometimes... you just have to.
