Outside a waffle bar, I chat to Yedidia Mosawi and Sharon Barazani, both in their 20s.
Yedidia tells me he works in security and comes from a settlement further south, near Hebron.
"It's an amazing place, very important for Israel," he says of the West Bank - or the Hebrew Biblical name of Judea and Samaria, as many Israelis refer to it.
I ask about Mr Netanyahu's plans. He suggests it's not enough.
"[We should] apply Israeli law to all of this land. It's ours in history. For the Jewish people it's the most important - we don't have another country to go to."
Sharon adds: "You can't tell people to go from their land, their home."
@F.U.B.A.R. I think this quote sums up the attitude pretty well. Zionists just think it's theirs. Has always been. Everybody else
was just visiting, but it is over now.
How Israel's plans to draw its borders will shape life with the Palestinians.

What I have gathered, Israel region was previously part of UKs imperialist state (
everybody else was just regent, but we are the true governors). Then stuff got hot in Europe when fascism raised its ugly head. Lots of jews emigrated from Europe to Palestine, because no country was particularly willing to take jews (
everybody else is of lesser nation and we don't let them visit). 1947 UK demanded that some General Assembly makes a decision about Palestine. Which ended with deal about having jewish state (not state with jews, but jewish state). UK didn't give a fuck and tried to prevent jews of immigrating to Palestine for a short while. Civil War started between zionists and Arab Liberation Army. British state supported the arabs. Lots of people did flee. Actually I didn't really get the whole picture with minute detail, so if you are confused, so am I.
Then there has been lots of stuff going on, leading to present moment, which is pretty morbid. Zionists pushed the "unwanted population" they once were in Europe in their own little area decades ago, makes life of people in Gaza deliberately very hard and even deadly, and even restricts emigrating the fuck off, like does Egypt. It is obviously very malicious. What we are seeing here is probably the end-game as minister just hours ago announced that they will make Gaza damn rubble, suggesting people in Gaza to get out while they can, but I don't even know if they
let them do that. Gaza is essentially a prison and this is like prison riot where some of the inmates are rapists and some of them are weed smokers and now governing body is about to blow up the whole place.
If you wonder how people do that, imagine that some people can just argument for their behaviour by stating "BUT I AM RIGHT ENOUGH SO IT MAKES UP FOR THE MEANS".
E: Term "zionist" here is used to refer to certain people, but those people do not cover all zionists. Apparently some zionists reject Israeli state as it is now.
