Pretty sure the Muslim God is the same as the Jewish one... And Christian so I don't understand what 2 means

Our point is that Israel should do different things that don't kill civilians while also handling Hamas. Why is that so complicated to understand? We're upset with Israel killing civilians and you seem to think there's no other way than to slaughter Palestinian children because they're in the way? No ground invasion only missiles? It's a really weird position

Why is the Rafah border crossing important and when will it open?

The Rafah crossing between the Gaza Strip and Egypt is the sole route for aid to enter Gaza directly from outside Israel and the only exit that does not lead to Israeli territory.

I guess I am older than many here, but are you not getting major 911 vibes from this campaign? The gaslighting and endless propaganda trying to get us involved in an unjustified war. Collective punishment always results in civilian deaths.

I remember 9/11 but I was young, definitely didn't watch the news at that age. I remember the bullshit in the years after though

You guys are asking Israel to do the impossible. There can be no peace when a jihadist death cult controls Palestine. What else can Israel do when they warn civilians to evacuate then Hamas stops them from leaving? When they purposely embed their military operations in civilian targets?

If you care about the Palestinian people you ought to be talking about how to empower a legitimate governing body and what should be done about Hamas and other jihadist groups.

I'm all for them taking out the Jihadist death cult. Just wish they weren't causing so much collateral damage.

What else can they do? You act as if bombs are the only way to wage war.

This is the narrative that makes the most sense. Israel took a page from the US's playbook and propped up a terrorist regime, so that they could later invade while claiming to be good.

This gets complicated because they didn't create the terrorist regimes themselves, they merely empower them. Giving plausible deniability.

Lots of news articles about how it's really suspicious that the Oct. 7th attack was so effective, almost like Israel intentionally had their guard down.

What if it was the Israeli hostages being used as human shields? Would you be okay with the death of innocents then?

You seem to be making an awful lot of assumptions. Doesn't Israel have tons of surveillance? They make that claim a lot, they should be able to do it no problem

I'm not okay with it ever. I make no distinction between Palestinian civilians and Israeli civilians.

Can you just imagine how an IDF ground invasion might play out? The tactics Hamas will employ? How long and brutal the process will be? Everything is extremely cramped there. The sheer amount of bullets, ieds, traps, etc.

Oh so flattening Gaza and killing the civilians anyhow is better. Better than risking the lives of those poor IDF soldiers

Genuinely seems like you've been saying that you're okay with the bombings even tho civilians are dying, any time anyone has criticized the amount of force Israel has retaliated with.

And yeah, there will be deaths. But there already are deaths. You're right it will be difficult. But it's the only way to avoid killing innocent civilians

The Israeli military is much better equipped than Hamas. And better trained. They could do it.
