Tryptamines Ismene's "Eternal happiness" drug regimen

After a quarter of a century exploring drugs these are my 5 tenets to eliminating depression and using drugs to find eternal peace of mind and happiness 24/7.

1) Take your gut microbiome seriously - eat lots of kefir yoghurt and probiotics - big effect on your mood surprisingly enough

2) For older men this one really - over 45 or older - testosterone replacement therapy - another big effect on your mood. Hormones can affect depression every bit as much as any neurotransmitter. And throw in some pregnenolone.

3) Psilocybin - as big as dose as you can to reset your default mind network

4) Rick Simpson Oil - Gods secret sauce - the key to eternity.

5) Exercise and eat healthy.

That's what I've learned in a nutshell.
1. Covered, though need to culture my own Kombucha again.
As its price wise way cheaper. And make my own 'Saur-Kraut' like Vegetable s.

2. OK i am older then, why should i have Testosterone shortage ?
Hormone therapy out of the question, medically seen. If so ?
Why, and are there markers to notice it. Maybe other option s ?

3. Lysergic s OK too ?

4. Will vaping/ smoking do ?

5. Checked ! And covered as far as possible.

My main goal was health, but recently Hippo-Campus
regeneration came into picture,
hence my remark using a Lysergic to promote Neuroplasticity.

Edit: a lot here have good result s using Black Seed oil,
does it fit in.

not thinking about it makes breathing (or anything else) disappear into the noise of everything that does not pop out at you.
Just close your eyes and focus on something like your finger scratching your leg.

Autonomic breathing should take over, if you are not used to it it will feel nice.

yes, but if you don't think about it, you will probably not be aware of it.
thinking is part of awareness
brain activity can be from sensation, or from memory/percepts reactivated (like thinking including word thoughts)
awareness is the brain activity pouring into memory.
Stuff that is continuous or unchanging (like a predator or prey standing still, or the breath continuum) is generally suppressed from awareness and so we do not carry much memory of our breath, unless we made a point of paying attention to it, usually by thinking.
Of course it has autonomic rhythm, we need not interfere with that.

Then do it while having hick-ups, ime they seize immediately.
Unless caused by Ethanol. When going to auto-pilot.

Distraction of, puts the auto breathing on, the heart will follow.
Where it is supposed to be, in your Belly.

A lot of people breath non auto, actually they are hyperventilating imo.
Causing rapid heartbeat/ palpitation s/ shortness of breath but mainly discomfort.
Unnecessary.

Testosterone lowers as men age and is a contributing factor to depression, fatigue, erectile dysfunction, mental fog, and generally feeling like shit because you don't get good enough sleep if you have low T

In a sense, normal consciousness is basically one distraction to another, and there is nothing wrong with that, unless it complicates what you are trying to do, which you want to keep returning to until finished and on to the next thing. Were it not for distractions, we would be like robots doing tasks.

Many people do hyperventilate, or hypoventilate when they first explore breathing with awareness, but this is quickly overcome with some practice, and familiarity.

Good or enough sleep not equal, as i was told. they did a Sleep ... in the Hospital.
So they said my falling a sleep is very short, like negligible.
And my non-REM to non existent/ short. Trouble what they said is not in my file.
So they don t contain all info, or not what i was told after the examination.

No ED, is that a sign my T is OK. Or is it more complicated ?

Also said better not sleep on your back, which was the only option with electrodes.
Attached to your head. But as i looked it up its an indication for Apneu.
Also not in my file, medical standard in NL are fuck3d !

Now i sleep OK, well so it feels 7/ max 10 hours. Have dreams.
So enough sleep, but if its good is hard to qualify.

As a dr ain t never gonna prescribe me Test,
let alone a better option a Bio-identical formula containing also Pregnenolone.
My ex was prescribed 'the Pill/ Birth control' for menopause.
I told she needed a Bio-identical formula at least. Or the dr was behind on time.

Her problems after some more digging by other medical crook s reveiled,
the cause was not even Menopause but a totally different disease.

Which herbs: Ashwaghanda and/ or Tribulus Terestis ?
Just thhrowing some darts, never considered my Testosterone levels.

Not on expecting my breathing to notice me,
but noticing my action will effect my breathing.

Most humans are very [unaware] influencing awareness of their breathing,
choke, are grasping air when talking or hardly breath when stressed.
Breath up saliva which sounds like they are about to die. Talk while they eat.
The Bible, as atheist has a point about not speaking while eating.

In case of Hyper, bringing it down or when hypo bringing it up.
Or down to what it is supposed.
Down to the balanced autonomic PNS. This way is easy.
You can also do meditation but this does so much more that,
just doing your breath it involves any proces in live,
but is miraculous. But needs time and practice.
Or one could use precise 'irritating' breathing techniques.

Or scratch a spot and put your awareness on it,
consciousness goes to the spot it happens.
Haptonoom therapy, the westerns call it. It worked for me more then once.

Body Control !

@Shinji Ikari the last part of the extraction uses naptha, not acetone, there is an error in my extraction notes at shroomery, Sphere had typed it up and performed it. and I have not been in touch with him for decades. hahaha, but acetone will definitely get salvinorin from the leaves, leaving a green black gummy substance that is ~30% pure - getting to the white crystal requires naptha separation from the chlorophyl and a final acetone wash and evaporation (in a few iterations)

however, you can certainly smoke the black gummy substance, or use some acetone or alcohol to spread it on marijuana or something - even cigarette paper.
cool pupnik. you made me happy

I say, yoga or tai chi, and meditation daily,
LSD mini doses (or mushrooms) (every 3 or 4 days) for energy and brightness,
and salvia divinorum as often as you can bear (daily or every other day) to connect with what is.
Eat what seems right, rest when tired, be gentle.
and breathe.
Tai'Chi and YOGA daily OK but.

Every day meditate thats hard, and how far do you need to go ?
Till the ego dissolves, or is just staring crossed eyed good too ?
Its till this moment, that i never have replicated it in a solo session.

My only successful intended meditation was with a guide,
in a group. It was a Buddhist meditation "Ohm Mani Pad Me Hum".
It was in intensity maybe somewhere in between LSD and Salvia.

My eyes were open, but what they saw was not the room.
My ears could hear but not recgonize my own voice, in my hand every chant
a bead on a sort of necklace was moved. And there was no me, just awareness.
And like the Bead s all went round. Seemed everything to go round
Found it a unique experience, so let myself fully emerge.

After the session i found out no one had that experience, WTF happened ?
What was this parallel reality, were people just melt in one.

It felt extra-ordinaire, as no drugs were used !

I admit that it is hard to corral your self and sit down and relax and just follow the breath, then become distracted, and resume (repeatedly) for half an hour each day however it has its benefits which are not directly related to ego loss, to psychic abilities, levitation, re-incarnation, telepathy or any of that.

Very few people seem to agree about what experience is and what memory is, but we all do know that as you become more familiar with something it is easier to recognize, and engage with.

This is the part about mind and memory that is directly related to the practice of meditation, since the time spent relaxing and following the breath becomes memory that becomes interlinked with daily life, and each time you recover from each distraction the breath awareness becomes more interlinked again with that distractive mental content collection, or direction, or impulse.

For me the most wonderful part about having meditated "nearly" daily for the last 40 years is that when I remember to follow my breath (including while writing this note) I reconnect with mental content (and reflections of being in my body) that are relaxed, open, vibrant, bright, and a thousand other nearby memories that I need not become distracted by, and most of them are fairly pleasant.

So just in terms of memory, not psychic abilities, nor medical miracles, nor enlightenment, or any of that;
just in terms of being more familiar with your own mental resources and your own experience of life, meditation on a daily basis is a valuable thing to make time for.

Scheduling yourself is basically your first main benefit. Eg. if I am sitting and my wife calls out to me to find something, I tell her where I last saw it and do not get mad at her because I am sitting, I am not scheduling her, and I appreciate the distraction because I can resume my breath awareness from that as well.

In my previous post I only talk about the process and the easily realizable guaranteed benefits of it.
what you are talking about here is a jhana experience and that also happens when you become very immersed (absorbed) in the concentration or the meditation activity which in this case was chanting but could be silent observation or could be drumming etc.

This occurs naturally when you override the distraction process with constancy of effort.

The natural distraction process occurs because the brain suppresses mental content that is unchanging - distraction is good because it highlights mental events that are sudden or suspicious like predator or prey awareness, something changed - i.e. look at that!!!...

It is very hard to keep on doing what you are doing if it is soft like breath meditation, in the face of continuous mental distractions,
but if the meditation takes a lot of presence (like your group chanting session) then you can easily frustrate the brain's effort to suppress this unchanging thing (the chanting or meditation becomes the unchanging background process to be suppressed)

When you frustrate the brain process that suppresses unchanging mental contents, a chemical change occurs, which I think is a dopamine surge, and so you get high. (jhana)

This can also occur with more gentle mental practice, i.e. silent meditation, but usually not until after 10 to 20 minutes will it occur.
What the meditator may notice is that the meditation seems to be doing it all by itself and you are just abiding, as if momentum has been achieved, which is kinda true (i.e. short term memory is governing the activity more than effort), but this reflection is a distraction, so the meditator has to resume the practice, because as soon as you dwell on the reflection, you are distracted and you need to get back to the work of relaxing and following the breath.

Thanks that put s the experience i had in a perspective i never read about.
'Jhana', was achieved for sure. Which was kinda frustrating as the chant is
ment as sending good to the world. And when we stopped, you can come out so easy easier then in.

I felt high as a kite, the Dopamine surge and had no idea what to do with
the euphoric feeling s att. The whole experience was overwhelming.

But i am gonna integrate it in my pattern again, not seeking that spectaculair
depth, but just practice non- distraction. Again thanks for the detailed reply. 🤙

"This diagram shows the biosynthesis of bioactive compounds
(indole and certain other derivatives) from tryptophan by bacteria in the gut.

Indole is produced from tryptophan by bacteria that express tryptophanase. Clostridium sporogenes metabolizes tryptophan into indole and subsequently 3-indolepropionic acid (IPA), a highly potent neuroprotective antioxidant that scavenges hydroxyl radicals. IPA binds to the pregnane X receptor (PXR) in intestinal cells, thereby facilitating mucosal homeostasis and barrier function.

Following absorption from the intestine and distribution to the brain, IPA confers a neuroprotective effect against cerebral ischemia and Alzheimer's disease.

Lactobacillaceae (Lactobacillus s.l.) species metabolize tryptophan into indole-3-aldehyde (I3A) which acts on the aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) in intestinal immune cells, in turn increasing interleukin-22 (IL-22) production.

Indole itself triggers the secretion of glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) in intestinal L cells and acts as a ligand for AhR. Indole can also be metabolized by the liver into indoxyl sulfate, a compound that is toxic in high concentrations and associated with vascular disease and renal dysfunction. AST-120 (activated charcoal), an intestinal sorbent that is taken by mouth, adsorbs indole, in turn decreasing the concentration of indoxyl sulfate in blood plasma. "

Sounds also it has an effect on Serotonin, a good Gut !
Gonna buy a Kombucha Culture next week, still on can s.

Today gonna ingest about 4 miljard CFU forming colonie of good Bactreria.
Tomorrow double, recommended dosage 2 pills.
edit: taken before bed with water so a full dose it is. 8 miljard 😳

[Lactobacillus Coagulans(Actospore) 0.5/ Rhamnosus 1.5/ Acidophyles 1.5/
Bifidobactrerium Lactis and Bifidum both 1.5 miljard too.
And 150 mg Inuline, and 2 mg Mangaan-Citraat a pill
]

As the Devil was playing i got enormous intestinal pain 2 nights ago.
Resulting in being sick, just my intestines.
Felt like i took sorbitol or Diclofenac.
And in the morning Headaches, throbbing ones. Little appetite.
Al round a wasted man, men don t handle sickness as well as woman.
at least that s what they claim, and indeed.

When sick, its always post followed by depression, next day i am sick.
And it continues till getting better. No idea if that s a normal response.
But its obvious my health can be ... better.

Makes getting things done a lot harder.

Try kefir yoghurt instead emkee.
KEFIR MILK

Lactobacillus paracasei ssp. paracasei, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus, Lactobacillus plantarum, and L. kefiranofaciens
And: Lactobacillus kefiri, Acetobacter aceti and A. rasens have also been isolated, such as the fungus Geotrichum candidum.

VS

KOMBUCHA

Way to many many to mention.

Besides my Caseine intolerance/ allergie.
I d say Kombucha is the better of the two.
Why would one prefer Kefir ?

Ginger Beer Plant seems as beneficial but more fun.

Yeah fermented Soy rules. Well i stay with Kikkoman.

But Sauerkraut, Kombucha, non-Milk/ Soya yoghurt and a diet rich in pre-biotic s.
And no artificial anti-biotic s. unless needed. Fine for me. Kimchi is heathen-ed ?

If any beneficial live is cooked. They are death, job done like pasteurized Beer.
