Tryptamines Ismene's "Eternal happiness" drug regimen

For perfect happiness for me I'd need my SSRI (Sertraline), my opioid of choice (Morphine) plus probably a benzo (preferably Xanax) and an amphetamine (preferably Dexedrine)

I get Vyvanse which is a pro drug or dextroamp I'm not sure if dexedrine would be as good for my issues

I'm also on 175 mg methadone, luvox, clonidjne, gabapentin, and prazosin and kpins when I can get em

Salvia is in hand now I simply need to be brave and try consuming it.
One of the statements from Dale Pendell’s first book about Salvia is that the effects are holographic. Meaning the whole experience can be there on a much lighter dose too.

Try half a gram of plain leaf in a tobacco pipe and take two large hits. Hold them in. Even maybe just one if you’re getting back into it. I consider it a total ally. Try silent darkness. Absolutely no noise. Then you be the judge. But if you start low, working your way up is the way to go. I think extracts are unnecessary.

Thank you so much for the guidance! Extracts may well be unnecessary but they're all I could access for now (I'm assuming it's quite easy to grow? Salvias tend to be hardy if the sage in my back garden is anything to go by!).

I'm working with 10x extract so can adjust the weights accordingly but would you recommend any filler or just burning the extract alone?

Will probably be using a bud bomb pipe when I get round to it.

I would just weight the correct amount. No fillers. The good thing about extracts is you can take a tiny hit instead of large hits of plain leaf. It is just harder to control that aspect.

This thread is one of the best when it comes to weighing plain leaf and extracts:

I agree that, if you are fine with smoking, this is ideal, relaxing, safe, and enjoyable.
my extract technique involves only a one second inhale, but with fresh lungs and an open space plain salvia divinorum leaf smoking is great.
I still have some dried leaf from when I used to grow it, and imagine one day having a groovy pipe and leaving it on the balcony with a regular lighter for moments like this.

note the background patterns and how the arms are folded behind his back all the way down at each segment, It is really a very salvia like drawing.
