^ Bullshit. People always whine about "biased" papers when they report about government misconduct. As if the paper or this woman have any reason to make this up or stand anything to gain from it. Police do this kind of shit all the time, I have seen similar stuff done personally, so for that alone, plus the reasons i just stated,
Right. Well if we were to assume the worst of this woman, then it would that she was a crackhead, high on drugs, trying to score, and got busted before she could cop. Now, I'm not saying it's the case, but the amount of bias and prejudice for one to assume that this lady was just some random crackhead, is the same amount it would take to assume that these cops just raped some lady.

Cop cars have video cameras on them and cops have recorders on them on at all times. If she was really raped, how come none of it was caught on tape? I can understand, sure, maybe that wouldn't get caught, it'd be hard to see a hand going down her pants in the dark. But wouldn't the recording have overheard her pleas to be taken to the station? That in itself would call for question into more investigation. It could also prove if she was full of shit or not - like if there is no recording of her asking to be taken to another station, if she was never even searched, et cetera.
Newspapers are always biased, they choose what they print. The fact that this paper printed this article shows bias. Why did they choose to print this, instead of an article about how a cop saved the day? Oh, of course, cops never save the day, and are just pieces of shit right. By printing this article, it leads people to believe this happens all the time. The article is heavily biased, it only talks about Shutter's account. How come the officers don't give their side of the story?
As for the woman, she may have plenty to gain from it, including a hefty paycheck from the government when she sues them. Maybe it's attention, people have made false rape claims before. Or maybe she really did get raped, and some serious shit went down.
Fact of the matter is we don't know, and regardless of the validity of this story, it is biased.

There is plenty of reason not to believe someone who, at worst, could have been cruising for drugs.
We don't know what happened, plain and simple. The fact that you choose sides with only heresy shows just how biased you are. If she was truly raped, these cops should be jailed for life. But if this lady is lying, she should suffer punishment just the same. You can't just believe such an outrageous claim just by heresy, you need evidence.
I can just imagine a world where you ruled, everyone would be locked up just because of heresy 8)
We don't know what happened, and this article is obviously biased to influence the reader to sympathize with the alleged victim. This could be total bullshit, or it could be the truth. We simply don't know. But allegations like this hurt, and it's quite sad how often stories like this are made up which hurt the reputation of the police department and good, honest individuals.

There is no illegal profiling, cops can pull you over for just about anything. Legally, she was probably pulled over for suspicion of solicitation. If you are driving around in a known drug neighborhood, cops have every right to pull you over.
As for search, she may have given consent and not known or 'forgot'. Truth of the matter, only the recordings on the police have the truth. We'll never know.
It obvious these cops don’t have any respect for the law and they will break it to make an arrest or just to get there rocks off on a boring night.
These police are a terror to society and need to be locked up before they terrorize, threaten and rape more people.

Maybe the real threat is this lady who could be making up a lie. Maybe the real threat is the cops, we don't know. But the audacity you have just to assume this story is true without ANY evidence or facts whatsoever present proves you just are looking at this through tainted lenses.
