This probably isn't worth a thread so sorry for taking up the space but I was just curious about this.
I only take Kratom about once a week, but I tend to drink too much coffee as well and have noticed that too much of them together can create some hypertension and make my pulse go a bit faster and probably temporarily increases blood pressure.
For this reason I try to drink a little less caffeine and space it out a little more when I take Kratom and so far the last few times I did this I was more successful in not ruining my high and not getting so much hyper tension (I drink 5-6 cups of coffee a day normally).
I was wondering if people thought going to the gym while on Kratom and caffeine might be a bad idea for my heart?
I don't think lifting weights or light cardio while on the combo would probably be a big deal, but I am thinking that running really fast and hard on a treadmill or even going too hard on an ellipitical might really not be a good idea.
There was one time that I ran really hard on the treadmill while on dexdedrine and I was worried that I was going to have a heart attack afterwards, though dex is probably a stronger stimulant than Kratom.
Just curious of other's experiences working out or doing cardio on Kratom + caffeine and if they'd consider avoiding excessive exercise on this combo and I was also wondering if working out while on Kratom might have any other side effects either positive or negative.
