Opioids Is tramadol an opioid?

Tramadol is recreational if you have a low opioid tolerance. I used to take them all the time when I had a low tolerance and got a nice buzz from them. As long as you don't go over 400mg in 24 hours you wont have a seizure (unless you are prone to seizures and have had them in the past, and in this case I recommend that you do not take tramadol).

To answer your question, the best way to take them is orally and they have the best bioavailability this ROA. Do not smoke them, most likely if you smoke them you wont feel anything and will be inhaling toxic chemicals.

Tramadol is enjoyable even with a tolerance to opioids if you enjoy its immediate SNRI mood-lifting effects. Tramadol is my third favorite opioid behind heroin and meperidine, but only part of its action is opioid-based (the release of the M1 metabolite mostly) and I no longer feel this half of the drug. I still enjoy its lengthy mood lift and increased sociability. I find the side effects of high-dose codeine, hydrocodone, oxycodone or dextropropoxyphene to be nastier, but I have not exceeded 400 mg of tramadol and only typically take ~100 mg/day.

Beat me to it. Tramadol can certainly be considered recreational. I was already sniffing oxymorphone and dope before I ever tried Tramadol, and I was very pleasantly surprised by its effects.
 
Hey man,

If you have to take this crap. I mean it is crap I seized up the first time I did it, I was also taking an SSRI which is a BIG problem with this stuff, don't take if you are!!! Try and get ahold of some gabapentin and take with it. Thats the way the few boners that I know that take the crap do it, and they like it and have been safe. That said, my advice to you is not to take it there are so many much better opiates out there.

I can't stress enough if you are taking an SSRI do not take tramadol !!! I Don't want anyone to have a seizure I did on only 150mg. So please be careful. I care about all of you!!
